At Capit, we are dedicated to providing attentive after-sales service to all our customers worldwide. To quickly resolve your repair issue, please follow these simple guidelines:
1. Indicate Your Country: Let us know which country you are writing from, so we can direct you to the appropriate repair center if you are outside the European community (see the list of addresses below).
2. Wait Before Sending the Product: Please send us photos at the SERVICE CENTER first, detailing what happened and what issue you encountered.
3. Avoid Unnecessary Shipping Costs: If the item is irreparable, we will work together to avoid unnecessary shipping expenses.
4. Customs Clearance: If you need to clear the goods for repair, do not ship them to Italy; please contact the nearest assistance center. If there is an incorrect extra-customs shipment, the customs clearance costs may be charged to you.
5. Shipping Costs: Shipping to the SERVICE CENTERS is the customer’s responsibility. However, if the repair is fully covered under warranty (and the product shows no signs of visible wear), the cost of return shipping will be covered. We do not accept blankets from other brands.
6. Form Completion: Complete the form you find attached to the shipment. [Support Form](https://www.capit.it/ support/).
7. QR Code and Serial Number: Each Capit product has a unique QR code and serial number. If the label is removed, all warranty rights will be lost.
8. Warranty: The warranty is valid for 2 years worldwide, starting from the date of purchase (always keep the proof of purchase). Each tire warmer must be registered on our portal by the customer to validate the warranty. It is possible to extend the warranty to three years by following the instructions provided at the time of registration on the portal.
